Ya girl is going too much lol. An impromptu rest day (due to further alarm issues) resulted in "hey, let's do some cardio!" Apparently, I'm more rested than I thought, because I struggled through 40 minutes of high power cardio. Read, it's been a minute since I've been on anything other than an elliptical. 🤦♀️ 🔵But, I like this better than doing the elliptical and I might just start doing it at home in the afternoons. I have limited time in the mornings, so when I'm doing lengthy sets it makes more sense to split it up. My lungs kinda hurt but tbh, I feel amazing. After 14 years of doing #turbojam on and off with @chalenejohnson, Cardio Party is still kicking my butt. Luckily, I also have TurboFire and PiYo in my arsenal to keep it fresh 🌈 you know what?
