I lost a size and can fit into a smaller size than the pair I got. I had to order those..16L from a 22L in June. I have on an 18L but I bought them loose fitting. As a reward I treated myself to a year of #beachbodyondemand Streaming workouts with all my favorites that I HAVE a well as those that I don't have. I can try #piyo and #p90x and of course my favorites #turbojam #turbofire #hiphopabs Buying all of them would be a small fortune. But I can take this everywhere I go. Ya girl is going too much lol. An impromptu rest day (due to further alarm issues) resulted in "hey, let's do some cardio!" Apparently, I'm more rested than I thought, because I struggled through 40 minutes of high power cardio. Read, it's been a minute since I've been on anything other than an elliptical. 🤦‍♀️ 🔵But, I like this better than doing the elliptical and I might just start doing it at home in the afternoons. I have limited time in the mornings, so when I'm doing lengthy sets it makes more sense to split it up. My lungs kinda hurt but tbh, I feel amazing. After 14 years of doing #turbojam on and off with @chalenejohnson, Cardio Party is still kicking my butt. Luckily, I also have TurboFire and PiYo in my arsenal to keep it fresh 🌈 you know what? Hey Everyone!! Mixed it up tonight and went Old School with the workout I started with Beachbody 12 1/2 yrs ago, Turbo Jam - Cardio Party 3!!! What a FUN but CALORIE burning workout! Burned 925 calories in 53 minutes!! But it was FUN!! Love Chalene!!! That’s what I ❤️ about Beachbody On Demand!!! It has been madness at my house since I got back from vacation the week of April 15th. I have not been kind to myself at all since then. Eating whatever, not drinking water, neglecting working out, and not sleeping well because of it all. So I made the decision last night that if I'm going to be at my best for my kiddos and the issues that are still ongoing, taking an hour for myself isn't bad. It isn't wrong or selfish, it's a must for my sanity and wellbeing. I'm starting small, aiming for 28 days of consistency. I'm not really worried about weight loss right now or toning up. It's all about finding that Zen during the day so I can be present in the moment. If my body feels good and my endorphins are high, it will help me get through the day. And I mean why not? It won't hurt to do this. I'm still on restricted workouts but that doesn't mean I can't go for it.
