This week’s tasting was @trefethenfamily #riesling for the #34weeks34wines challenge that @winefolly is doing. About this Riesling, it was crispy on the palate. Super subtle and great for hot summer day. No pairing needed which you can have it on it’s own while taking a sun bath. That’s how refreshing I think it is. Dime Belleza. ¿Haz probado Riesling? Riesling is one of my favorite varietals. I got to discover it while I was taking #wines of the world class @napavalleycollege . I love the Riesling that’s very petroleum aroma. I had no idea how much I love that aroma. And I typically pair it with Indian food or spicy food.
