KD SS360 Pt1

On this post I’d like to talk about KD in “StarShow 360” by MBC. Since this thing is long I'll divide it into parts. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Anyway, this is an analysis, I don’t claim this as fact. If you dislike this just scroll down, or you can just block me right away (it would make your life easier). English isnt my native language, so if there’s any error, im sorry (not really).

+ The show started with MC (Lee Teuk) & KJM saying that “this is the first time for e x o to attend a talk show as whole.”

LT was also the MC for Monster/Lucky One debut showcase (? Or whatever that thing is called) – when XC jagi mission failed (nice try sm) – and now LT is leaving Sukira and about to host the future Weekly Idol episode with e x o as guest (y no heechul? mmmm).

After being absent from attending show together as a whole group, e x o suddenly appeared in a show(s) with LT as the MC. It seems LT’s presence is a must in show that involves e x o. I’m just sayin’…

+ There was certain issue when this show was recorded, which was on 23 August 2016.

Due to poor management by the MBC staff, EXO-L were forced to wait in line to see EXO perform for over 20 hours, along with being mistreated by the show's staff for being noisy. Furthermore, despite a huge amount of fans turning out for the recording, only the first 500 fans were allowed in, and got to watch a meager 3 performances** by EXO live.

Even more discontentment arose when fans, who believed that they would be attending the show's full recording, found out after all the waiting and delay that they would only watch a few live performances. (x)

**Stronger [CH, KJM, KS, BH], Monster [e x o minus JI], Lucky [all e x o members were present] >>> fans could only watch these performances. Monodrama [ZYX] and Lotto [[e x o minus JI] couldn’t be watched directly by fans (they were for recording purpose only).

Anyway, imma start with Jeju first; JI mentioned about Jeju when he was folding that paper plane. He did not say he wanted to go to Jeju. He only mentioned something about it; “this (paper plane) could fly to Jeju. You have to make it right (laugh)”. Hence why I made this analysis, because what he had said caught my attention.

3—5 Sept se_soo had a “secret” (yeah, right, secret, sure) vacation together on Jeju island. 3 Sept; they went to Jeju. 5 Sept; they went back home (Seoul) and OSH posted lots of their (se_soo) picts on that day (just check his IG).

Hawaii trip happened on 28 Aug – 1 Sept (>>> 160901; SM artists arrived at Incheon airport). This means OSH only had one day (2 Sept) to rest after approximately 9 hours 20~40 minutes flight because on the 3 Sept he went to Jeju with Ksoo (and managers).

There’s this tweet about Se_soo trip, saying that; “OSH took Ksoo to Jeju bc Ksoo couldn’t go to Hawaii.” but there’s no official statement to back up this reason (the OP [original poster] didn’t give any link whatsoever). So unless she talked to OSH personally, I wouldn’t buy this reason.

Purpose of Hawaii trip: workshop; it seems they were promoting something about tourism, there was an article about this back then in 2012, I guess this is related to recent SM Hawaii trip in August 2016.

SM Entertainment has acquired “Happy Hawaii,” a Hawaii-focused travel agency, and launched “SM Town Travel” to expand its business to the tourism industry. “Happy Hawaii” is an agency that used to be run by actor Jung Joon Ho.

With the acquisition of “Happy Hawaii,” “SM Town Travel” aims to expand its portfolio to study abroad programs, souvenir items, hotel and tourism, local transportation, real estate, and even the resort business as well. Some view this move as SM Entertainment’s first step towards running more hotel and resort business. It’s also viewed as a move to expand on its K-Pop star training facility being built in Kyunggi Do currently.

“We’re first planning to develop more concert-related tourism packages*. But we don’t have plans to acquire another hotel or resort type of business right now,” SM Entertainment said.

“We’re going to combine entertainment, travel, and tourism to build a new type of travel service model*. With SM’s global entertainment business, there are plenty of synergy opportunities here,” SM Entertainment added.

JI couldn't go bc of his leg, JD cuz of his eyes condition, ZYX cuz of his work in China, KS cuz of his actor friends musical which only took place for a day (He went to a musical show with Kim Kibang on 28 Aug

Honestly, imo SM could force ksoo to go if the reason was indeed bc of this musical

+ Jo Insung once implied that he needs SM permission to bring ksoo to japan (original article from Instiz; this link can’t be opened now, what a funny world we live in. Wonder who deleted it~~ Worry not, nothing is ever truly deleted on internet);

In his fan meeting, Jo In Sung (said):

“If I have the chance, I also want to take Kwangsoo along to my fanmeeting. But with Kyungsoo... it's impossible. SM is scary. SM... Kowai... (frightened)”

**Kowai | こわい| 怖い : scary/frightening in Japanese (Sm is a scary mofo indeed mmmmm.)

+ Suho's words about manager asking whom he hangs out with.

It is worth noting that for someone, the name Ji Soo can either be that of a boy or a girl. Hence, Suho’s manager thought that Ji Soo is a girl. The 24-year old singer-actor revealed, “when I told my manager that I was meeting with Ji Soo, he became really serious.”

Suho went on to add, “he questioned if I had contacted the director about this” and “also asked where I was going to meet Ji Soo”. Suho replied, “we are going to meet at a café.”

Suho also shared an incident that he and Ji Soo experienced when they were on a trip to U.S together. The “Glory Day” actor revealed that when they went to Las Vegas and Los Angeles, he asked his manager to book a hotel for them. When Suho told him that he was with Ji Soo, he was shocked and ask if he was going with a girl.

It's also speculated by some people the reason he couldn't go was because of his filming ("with god" movie). The official filming started in September, but it was said some scenes have been filmed. There was no official statement regarding this. There were only previews (x, x) about the preparation of the scene.

In the movie, KS will play military personnel (private won/원 일병), a subordinate of the green poncho soldier before his death, to be played by kim dongwook*. KS’ character was not given a full name in the webtoon, which has been changed for the film’s adaptation. His role has also been further adapted/dramatized. (x)

I doubt the movie director would force KS, a worldwide known and busy idol who works under a huge tyrant-ish company; S(hady) M(ofo) to fit into their schedule. I mean, SM once rejected Ahreum role (“The Female Employees of a Game Company”) for KS and gave it to Ire_ne instead due to scheduling conflict. Tbh... y the director wanted to cast KS for female role, like...? Y? They (the movie producer/director etc) need to contact SM first to deal with schedule agreement and such. Besides, Hawaii trip was only 5 days trip. Ofc, this is just my opinion.

When it was finally known by fans (public) that KD didn’t go (cuz there was no previews of them at the airport... and before the D-day, fans were guessing whether e x o gonna go or not…) kxk water resort bs post (which was easily debunked bc the time didn’t match – krys was in Milan [?] for photoshoot) and cctv post appeared. We still don't know who was the ORIGINAL source even though the culprit has been caught.

Seriously, who's gonna risk their job to leak those picts? Do people really believe that people who work as security or have access in security room (security camera) would risk their job to release picts like this for FREE (free = I'm gonna give this picture to random stranger so she could spread it online even though it could jeopardize my career, because fuck logic right?).

And who's diligent enough to dig up old stuffs (kxk fans said it was from July 2016; after JI dj-ing that radio show [yeah, right, sure], before JI leg got injured) and post it in such perfect timing (read: KD didn't go to Hawaii).

Besides there are many other celebs or politicians who've visited more scandalous place ("massage" parlor for example), but no one had ever been this bold (leaking out stuffs from security camera just for the LULz.

Funny that this thing is taken from a security camera which usually records video, but we got cropped screenshots instead.

Also that apologies letter is too well written for someone who used a reason "i don't know it would become this big." (Gurll, puh-lease).

That letter is, of course, long, so the fact that she didn't mention the original source could get concealed. Moreover at the end of the letter, we only got a red thumb print as a seal deal. Usually people would write their name (or initial) there along with the thumb print. Or at least write their signature there. Eh.

Back to Jeju theory, I must admit this is a pretty weak argument – since JI could just randomly blurted out that specific place out of nowhere, it could be just a pure coincidence.

Seriously, KD has lots of coincidences surrounding them. Mmm.

Still, I can’t ignore this thing because JI mentioned about Jeju first (23 Aug) then se_soo just happened to have vacation there (3—5 Sept). Plus, kxk happened twice; the (failed) water sport date + escape café cctv -- which apparently the place is promoted by e x o according to this anon;

“If you go to pcy insta he follow a page named xit korea. It's the escape cafe k_stal is supposed to have a date in. Sm have a contract with that cafe they made exo promote that cafe when it oppened you can look their insta there is sehun and chanyeol picture at the opening”

I checked, and yes, PCY and xitkorea do follow each other on IG. xitkorea also follows OSH.

xitkorea is located in gangnam and was opened last year (2015), just google it--some people have said that those cctv pics were actually from last year (tbh, just look at their hairstyle), not from July 2016 like rumors have said; according to those people Tae_min was also there. It's said they went there together, and it’s speculated staffs went along with them too, after W photoshoot.

Moreover OSH posted quite lots of se_soo pictures on his IG and yet there was still a post saying that fans (who caught them) were told "this vacation is supposed to be a secret, if people found out we could get in trouble" Like, seriously? Hmm tbh... Those words... Hmmmm.

I’m not saying KD went there. I’m just stating stuffs that I found weird.There’s a speculation about this, which is; “cctv issue happened to cover KD not going to Hawaii so they could stay at home/dorm”.

Personally, I think there’s more than this “KD stayed at home/dorm” thingy, I mean.... why they had to go that far just to cover/divert attention from KD if they were only staying at home/dorm? Again, I’m just sayin’...

Bet ppl ppl gonna call me delu after this *laugh in conspiracy*.

To sum this up in orders; JI causally mentioned jeju first (23 Aug), KD didn't go to hawaii (28 Aug—1 Sept), kxk failed watersport date thingy + fishy escape café cctv happened, Se_soo then went to jeju for "secret" vacation (3—5 Sept) even though OSH just got back from hawaii (9+ hours flight) 2 days before (1 Sept).

"What do we say about coincidence?" "Universe is rarely so lazy."
