#WOWWEDNESDAY One development that is has been major for the #380Corridor is the upcoming #PGAHeadquarters opening in 2022. Today as I drove by, I was like 😮 as I see new streets developing or current ones expanding. As a resident of the area, it has transformed in less than 3 years. I'm sure this development will make the area take off. Also as a resident, I'm patiently waiting to see if I get the payoff I need for my home with this influx. 😉 Here is more details: As development of the PGA continues, Hollyhock has opened new neighborhoods with views of this new facility, which will include 45 holes of golf, parks, trails, shopping and much more. New road improvements are also being made to support the PGA. Construction is planned to begin soon on a segment of Rockhill Parkway that will extend from the northeast section of Hollyhock, connecting to a new section of Legacy Drive to the east. The extensions of Rockhill & Legacy will greatly enhance access to Hollyhock and the PGA. The PGA-anchored development will include two championship golf courses, a short course, and practice areas, for a total of 45 holes of golf. It will also offer a clubhouse, Class AA office space, a 500-room Omni resort and a conference center. A technologically advanced retail village, parks and open space, and several miles of trails will add to this unique, signature development.  Welcome to the 380 corridor. There are truly some gorgeous communities along the #380Corridor!!! The sun just sets the best out here. This amenity center in the #LegacyGardens community is well done. *Incomplete Home* 🤷🏾‍♀️ HOWEVER 🤷🏾‍♀️ 💛 how different it looks from other homes in the neighborhood. There is a Texas look to homes and it usually brick or brick and stone. Usually when I'm browsing on IG and see a house, I'm instantly like what part of Texas are they in? 📌 I like how this home is stucco rather than the traditional brick look. If you could have any home you wanted, what exterior would you prefer? Personally, I love a good craftsman style home. My home was almost in a neighborhood off the #380Corridor that builds strictly craftsman style homes. They just didn't build my floorplan. Next is brick and stone.🏡 Andrea T. The future of North Frisco is underway. 😉 That piece of pie along the #380Corridor that you should get should happen NOW!!!! By the end of the month, the Fields development is set to reach a major milestone with land planning and zoning approval from city officials, which can make way for infrastructure work to begin on the raw land to help create nine distinct villages and break up the massive tract into chunks of workable real estate. The development team plans to begin on the western side of the Fields master-planned development on a neighborhood known as The Preserve, followed by moving to the eastern side toward the UNT-Frisco campus. The acreage along the Dallas North Tollway, in the center of Fields, is expected to attract corporate tenants with mid- and high-rise towers. (Article from CoStar) High-rises and mid-rises in Frisco? Grand Homes start in the $390s in this neighborhood. The Cut has become a girls night hangout since it opened for me and my girls. It looks like the #380Corridor keeps growing. The retail development, #WestsideProsper, seems to be breaking ground. This development is proposed to be a retail and multifamily development at the corner intersection of 1385/380. This area will definitely have major changes within the next 2-5 years. 🏡👸🏾 Cheers to Year 2! Two years ago I decided to just do it. Why not own my own home? My last apartment was intentionally close to the area I wanted to buy a home in so I could test the area out and visit it more often. I then knew I needed to hurry up before I couldn't afford the area. However, I fell in love with the area. When I speak about the #380Corridor, it is because it is home. It grows and changes EVERY. SINGLE. DAY! That was my purpose for moving here. I needed a growing area that could be beneficial to me when I was ready to sell. My five years in my home has now turned into 7 years on my timeline. If they ever build a Target across the street, just know I am never selling. I'll move but I won't sell. 😂 This is today! I'm sure there will be more houses by year 3.
