she’s perplexed at the food in front of her , many times during the day she catches glimpses of every inch of her surroundings to be a trigger . she found it hard sometimes to be grateful and to be in their reality that , she was safe . SHE IS SAFE . with him . staring down at her plate , her stomach grumbled at the cravings , turning to see if her baby was safe . a natural habit that usually came from her maternal instincts . she always thought about her daughter first , sound asleep —

“ hm? ” snapping back to her senses , she looks at him with a shaky smile , and shaking her head to a no lightly . she wasn’t rejecting him , but it was that she was just unable to move her hands to reach for the food even when she badly wanted to . “I’m not that hungry” but her body said so otherwise , covering her stomach attempting to hide the sound of grumbling .

She carefully cradled her stomach, trying to protect the little one she was carrying inside of her. Letting out a yelp, she hit into another player, tumbling to the floor. Whoever decided to pick a fight with her would need to sleep with one eye open. Alas, she did not see who the assailant was.

If the bee had gone to her instead of the other woman first, she would have been indubitably shot. So she votes out, obviously, because her precious, irreplaceable life is in danger, but unfortunately half of the players are idiots who can't seem to understand the concept that they may be the ones dying next, and Mi-na is stuck. Thanos got high when he needed to keep his head, so he's not her best shot at survival. But 456 could be, since he's been here before and knows what he's doing, so she hovers around him and his forming group, gathering information - second game is dalgona, player 390 already knows him, 456 wants them all to live - while deciding what to do.

There are at least two serious marines, 390 - Jung-bae, as it turns out - and 388 - Dae-ho, if she heard that right. Very proud of it, both of them, so surely they'll want to lend a hand to a young, defenseless lady in distress. Maybe she can appeal to Jung-bae's fatherly instincts if he has any, Dae-ho is young and cute, maybe she can be cute right back. It's also important she doesn't make an enemy out of 001, who almost dropped Thanos and his friend in less than five seconds. "Dae-ho, right~?" she asks in her cutest tone, hopping to sit on his mattress, "I'm Kang Mi-na. Are you two friends who came together?" she points at Jung-bae, "It's so cool that we have, like, a team of marines! Can I see your tattoo?"

rage he’s seen . but really only glimpses in his parents behaviour . ESPECIALLY FROM HIS DAD . presence so undeniably lost but when it revolved around his mistakes or poor choices , he could definitely relate and sympathise with him . except maybe not as extreme as he got it , this is about daeho . and once again , SETTING HIS OWN EMOTIONS ASIDE , to detach , somehow becoming one to absorb one’s emotions . it wasn’t as easy , though over the years , tending to others almost felt like first nature for him . “ —look man you’re human . you’re more than allowed to be scared . I guess it’s more of a question of if you accept that you have fears .” intellect and wiseness really often masked by nonchalance , other times when it’s right ( in the right situations ) , he is capable of comfort .
