Today is #BlackWomensEqualPay day, which marks 7 months into the year that black women have to work to earn the same pay as what white men earned last year. In other words, black women earn 38% less than white men and 15% less than white women. It’s not one person’s responsibility to fix this problem, but when we all pay attention and demand change, all ships can rise.
