Had to post this video today as #chicmom, #Ciara looks AMAZING, in her new video! Of course she's under a lot of pressure in the music business to "SnapBack" quickly, but like I always say, we don't have to let ourselves go after motherhood!! I hope this motivates us all to get in the gym. And I especially love that she's toned and not too "hard", there still some jelly in all the right places 😜!! Any moms out there care to share any workout tips, and exercise regimens???
