Haven’t been to the track in 3 days I think. Feeling slightly guilty and wanting to go bad. Got a fanny pack today so I don’t have to trip off my phone and keys while I do laps.

I’m loving the meditation of doing laps. Just mindlessly making my way around it. Listening to my body when I can push and when I need to pull back.

I’m finding I enjoy myself more when I’m not focused on the perfection of the process but just being in the flow of the process.

I will say my goal is to get to where I’m not intimidated by pulling up to a track packed with people and I will just do me. Still got the fat girl insecurity mindset with running and people watching but it will pass, just like when I was in the gym, just like when I was in the pool. I’m doing this for once.
