28.10.13 - post work out food findings Post workout is my most creative time with food, I just want to eat everything so sometimes I mix things together just to see how much I can eat without making lots of washing up (because who likes washing up. huh?). So, today, after my squats and deadlifts I decided to make some tuna and sweetcorn but I fancied some cottage cheese too so I mixed it in as I would have with mayo and MY OH MY it was a good finding. In my bowl today:
Tuna
Sweetcorn
Kale shredded
Granola
Cottage cheese
Don't diss it until you've tried it. (if you do try it and aren't overly keen on cottage cheese, don't put too much in and you wont taste it)
