@swishbishbosch suggested that I add subsets to the 3t2 Store "Sun, Surf & Sand" Getaway chairs by HCove, so here it is ! (and I liked the set so much that I decided to check every single objects to see if there are things to improve, so stay tuned !)

3t2 Store "Sun, Surf & Sand" Getaway dining chair from HC, now with subsets. I kept the GUID so you can't have both. 800 polys. Costs 360$. Two original textures merged with the mesh.

3t2 Store "Sun, Surf & Sand" Getaway lounge chair from HC, now with subsets. I kept the GUID so you can't have both. 894 polys. Costs 455$. Two original textures merged with the mesh.

Please note that I could not make the blend mode work properly for the front part, as it was making the arms of the chair semi-transparent or something like that. So I decided to remap that part to be plain wood. That's what looked best in my opinion.

3t2 Store "Sun, Surf & Sand" Tropical coffee table from HC with 11 slots (had only 2 originally). I hesitated about adding a subset for the small wood part but in the end I decided no to. I kept the GUID so you can't have both. 580 polys. Costs 320$. Two original textures merged with the mesh.

I also made a repo'd 1x1 coffee table. 5 slots. 580 polys. Costs 160$.
