Running for Beginners: Week One
This was much more difficult than I anticipated, but It wasn't really that bad. I feel like I will be able to stick to this every day because it is only 20 minutes! After the 3rd rep it didn't really hurt, but I still had a little difficulty regulating my breathing.
Also, I wasn't the only one out there in the cold powerwalking; I passed by a very friendly older gentleman :) I bet he laughed at my wild outfit though, haha. I was wearing two pairs of workout pants, two shirts, one hoodie, and a scarf! Keep in mind that all of these items were different colors :P
I think I will update these every Tuesday with my new routine so be aware :)
