I've had a migraine for 12 hours straight. I've eaten, taken a shower, had caffeine, and taken 3 doses of my migraine meds throughout the day to no avail. It dulled a little his afternoon, but it's back now with a vengeance that makes me want to dig my eye out of its socket. About to take shower #2 in the hopes it'll relax me enough to sleep.
Oh, and the irony of it being 4/20 has not been lost on me. I'd be getting high as balls right now if I could.
Fuck. It's almost 12:30 and I've only left my bed to pee. Fuck this migraine. I need to going do something so I don't end up in a depression slump.
Within half an hour of walking up, I have a migraine. *sighs* Between being unable to sleep/stay asleep and the tension headache and migraine rotation, I'm considering going back to my doctor.

I’m down. I work 5 days a week at a job that’s emotionally & physically draining. The little time I have off I spend at the gym or sleeping. I eat. I feel guilty over every bite. I know I’m not eating too much, but I still have not lost a single pound in the past month and it kills me. I’m so depressed. Losing weight is the only thing that I look forward to and when it doesn’t happen, it destroys me. I think I’ve gained some muscle whilst I’ve lost fat and that’s the reason why the number isn’t going lower but still. I’m only doing cardio, how much muscle could I possibly have gained? Intake: slice of bread w/ butter: 75 cals gummy vitamins: 35 cals creamer: 20 cals spinach mushrooms & onions w/ olive oil: 100 cals restaurant veggies: 400 cals 1.5 protein shake: 210 cals
Outtake: cardio: 38 mins / 273 cals restaurant veggies I purged: -200 cals = 367 calories ugggh fuck me Like I know the number is low but this is how I eat literally every day (ish) how am I supposed to eat less than this & workout more??? But if I don’t I won’t lose any weight I’m so upset I want to lay in my bed and cry all day tomorrow
