I hope we won't have to wait too much longer for The Red Terror to get a separate release.
He's one of the last beasties I need for my Tyranids army - figured I could get him seperate on ebay, but he's all sold out there too.

Finally making a start on my leviathan 'nids!
My mom dropping hints about her getting me tyranids for Christmas
Me picking up on it and playing along
Can I get a Warhammer+ animation with a Necron protagonist?
Or how about a hack and slash video game where I get to play as Old One Eye and make an entire Space Marine chapter go extinct?
Cos I am getting sick and tired of seeing my guys getting unfairly crumped by different colours of the same power armoured chuds.
People keep posting out of context clips of Marines "being awesome" but all I see is a poor Ork getting one-shotted by a Plasma Pistol beyond the weapon's maximum effective range (i.e. that's bullshit).
Or a Destroyer Lord getting cut by an unpowered knife and losing an arm - yeah nah, its all good, its not like a Necron Destroyer is a 64 million year old sentience that lives only to fight and kill things. Yeah nah, you're right, it's super easy to kill it so bad it's reanimation protocols never kick in. Its not like its bigger, stronger and tougher than a Space Marine or anything (i.e. that's bullshit).
And don't even get me started about Titus; if this boofhead isn't ripping Tyranid Primes apart with his bare hands (i.e. that's bullshit), then he's defying physics and using his plot armour to destroy a whole car that's trying to run him over.
40k isn't a Halo Firefight game; Marines don't have Armour Lock equipment slots (i.e. that's bullshit!).
It's bad enough that Marines get new kits every year when everyone else has to wait and gets SFA in the meantime, but having to see my feed polluted with Marines pulling off death defying ass-pull action movie hero bullshit every day is just masterbation for Marine players and GW CEOs.
Thank god for Black Library and books like the Twice Dead King and Day of Ascension, where Xenos protagonists kick the Imperium's teeth in.
Needs to be more of that.
Been assembling som Von Ryan's Leapers as part of my Tyranids army.
Even though this kit is still a push-fit mono-pose kit from the Indomitus Leviathan Box, you can get some variety out of it by mixing and matching the arms and legs.
The one in the centre is the original sculpt, the other two swap and change arms/legs with the other "non-alpha" VRL sculpt.
Same again for the other non-alpha body - mix and match the arms and legs (and borrow some bits from elsewhere - the Neurotyrant in the case of the one vaulting over the pipe) and you can get a fair bit of variety out of just two poses.
The full brood of six with no repeated poses :3
Behold! The apex predator! A vicious unrelenting killer! Spawned in the black of night to consume all life who stands before it!
