my aunt called and asked if I wanted to go out and do something today so I’m going for a walk in a little bit. I was excited but now I’m thinking maybe going for a walk at midday in like 80degree weather is probably not the smartest thing to do right now but oh well lol. Maybe it will be a good thing!
My last ever bump picture, taken just a few hours before Lilly was born. It's so crazy to think that she will be the last to know my heart from the inside. Pregnancy has been a wild ride and I'm so grateful for the trio I've carried. #40weeks3days #Lastbaby #Pregnancy #Bump

I've been up since two in pain! I'm cramping, contracting and my back fucking hurts but nothing is regular enough to go in. My stretchmarks are getting deeper and literally feel like they have been cut with razor blades. This child is way too big to be in me anymore. Please come out! I only signed up for 9 months of carrying you and your three days late. For some reason the extra three days seem much longer than any other day pregnant. Why does Millie not want to meet us? Plus this girl from my highschool had her baby yesterday and it made me sad because we were due before her. Like gah!!! I just want my baby to cuddle ...
40 weeks and 3 days..
So I have officially passed my due date, (12/03/14) and I can't believe it! I had a doctor's appointment yesterday and was told that I am now 2cm dialated and I would be getting induced on Monday, (12/08/14)! It all seems so surreal! Although I am beyond excited to meet my second child, I'm getting very nervous! I have absolutely no idea what to expect this time around, seeing how my first child was born 4 weeks early due to me having Preeclampsia.. Which lead me to believe I would deliver early a second time as well (obviously, not the case.) This whole experience has been completely different from my first pregnancy! This time I was diagnosed with Gestational Diabetes and was considered Anemic and even though I had a higher risk of developing Preeclampsia again, I didn't! As far as symptoms go, morning sickness is back but it comes and goes.. Some days it's there as soon as I wake up and others, I don't notice anything.. I have been having some back and hip pain.. Also, been feeling a lot of pressure in my pelvic area.. For awhile I was extremely tired but now I'm finally starting to go through my "nesting" phase.. Heartburn isn't as frequent as it once was but when it's there, it's there! Getting a good night's sleep is now a memory, I can barely ever get comfortable and when I do, I'm constantly waking up to use the restroom.. It's all worth it though! Oh and TMI, I have been losing my mucus plug for probably about a week and a half now.. Updates coming soon.. :)
I'm surprised I haven't turned into a pineapple yet. 🍍 #40weeks3days
