Had an amazing couple of days working with Zach Oldham and the team at 44 Farms. There was plenty of fast-paced action, but my favorite shots were of the quiet moments in between the hustle.

Beef short ribs from The @texascraftsteaks and @44farms seasoned with @meatchurch Holy Cow and @meatmitch Steer Season served with roasted potatoes and corn. Good eats. I cooked these at 275 for about 6.5 hours using hickory, maple and @fogocharcoal super premium lump charcoal until they reached an internal temp of 210.
