Ty Brasel's album 'Destined for Greatness (Side A)' is an adventure from beginning to end. The project has incredible storytelling, especially on the second half of the album, and uses vivid imagery all thoroughout. He creatively speaks on the pain that he's been going through yet keeps emphasizing that things will get better, which can make the project easily relatable to anyone dealing with negativity in their life. Musically, this is his smoothest project to date with the best instrumentals backing him yet. Steven Malcolm makes a strong first impression on his newest release, "The Second City pt. 1". Being relatively new to the artist, I had low expectations before listening to the EP and thankfully, I can proudly say that I enjoyed every minute of it. What stood out the most for me were the instrumentals, which in combination to the artist's smooth flow, got my head bopping nonstop. Because of the EP's short length it's also very easy to play on repeat.
