What is your morning routine like? Do you even have one? Or are you asking what is the morning? Recently I've been struggling with my sleep which for me is unusual as I get off to sleep easily & apart from fidgeting, I'm out till the morning. Since lockdown I've been unable to get comfy through the night and waking up any time after 2am 😕 . The issue is that not only am I tired but my mood changes A Lot if I've not had enough sleep too. So I took to reading @drchatterjee #4pillarplan which I already owned but had previously skipped the sleep section as it wasn't an issue at the time. I now have a morning routine of sitting in the garden for 15-20mins with a cuppa, playing Frisbee and cuddling Luke. This is to get my boost of blue light in the morning. I'm also waking up roughly the same time, going to bed the same time & have bought some new glasses from @goggles4uuk with blue light filters to wear after 7pm. These block out the blue light emitted from our electrical devices. I'd love to hear if you have a morning routine too, drop me a comment to let me know.
