I cook mine by letting the bottom of the gyoza crisp up before adding some water to steam after. Then I turn it and let the top crisp up a bit. It tastes good with a dipping sauce that I made by mixing vinegar, soy sauce, a bit of sugar, and ginger. Since mag ECQ, syempre natakot na akong mamalengke dahil ayoko ma expose na napakaraming tao. Buti na lang nauso ang online palengke.
