Congratulations to my little Ninja for earning his fourth stripe in Jiu Jitsu to day. We couldn’t be more proud of his accomplish, dedication, and hardwork.

I'm fairly fit.. But fuck that iron man I did to grade was fucked up! four colour belts every minute a new fresh one roll'd me
