Invisible Chessboard & Board Games - for The Sims 2
I made an invisible chessboard as a new object (not default) so your sims can "pretend" playing multiple games.
It looks like an OMSP with an invisible recolor. The arrows will help you place the two chairs correctly.
First, place it on the ground together with two chairs. After they slide into position, you can place one of the deco board games I converted (or any other deco board you already have in your game) on a table of your choice. Then place the table on the square and voilà! Even the chess pieces will be invisible.
You can find the deco games under Hobby-Miscellaneous. I also converted some of the game boxes. The invisible chessboard can be found in the same category as the original chessboard.
Board games are from Aroundthesims, low poly.

Simblreen is never really over if it lives in your heart. And now you have a variety of display options for that heart! My second round of Simblreen treats comes together to form a set I call "The Wunderkammer". That's German for "wonder room", your own little museum. It was inspired partly by some fantastic museum builds I've seen posted by other simmers. Everything in The Wunderkammer is sized to fit in your sims' homes...though a few pieces need a two story space.

Pieces Of You: SFS or MediaFire
Medical oddities for a mad scientist's lab, a doctor's clinic, or wherever. Bones and other bits, ready to display.
Creepy Crawlies: SFS or MediaFire
Like a lot of leggy little guys? This is the set for you! Their crawling days may be over, but they're still nice to look at. Well...as long as you're not phobic.
Long Time Gone: SFS or MediaFire
A real blast from the past! Bits and pieces of ancient monsters, if you don't have space for the whole thing.
I reduced the poly counts where I could, but I'd still call a lot of this stuff medium poly. The Archelon (turtle) is a bit hefty at 5030 polys, but it's also pretty big. The full sim skeletons are around 3000 polys each. Almost everything else is under or around 1000 polys per tile. I repo'ed what I could too.
My favorite part of this set is the display options. It took some figuring out, but there are a bunch of jars, pedestals, etc that have slots. The jars have different recolor options for the goo inside, the labels, and the lids. To use them, put them on the floor, figure out what goes in them, then move them to wherever you're putting them. The clickable area for them is down toward the bottom, so you can take the contents out again if you change your mind. Big thanks to @pforestsims and Silent Lucidity for the bases I used to make these containers work.
There are a lot of objects in this set that have transparent parts. TS2 is a bit weird with how it handles transparency. I did my best, and learned a lot, but there are still some little quirks you might notice if you're looking really close.
Every object has its individual credits in the description. This set is as much of a hodge-podge as it looks. Credit for a lot of it goes to @simdertalia and her absolute tons of ACNH conversions.
The previews only give a hint of what's here. Be sure to look in the collections to see everything. Some of them have surprises or silly little jokes.
If you haven't downloaded the set yet, I'm not gonna make you go all the way back to the top.

This is probably just part one. In fact, there's some stuff I made before I fully settled on this theme that wound up not quite fitting. I'll be releasing that at some point soon. I also want to convert some stuff I didn't have time for. So there might be a Wunderkammer pt2 someday.
ivy rug (+25 recolors)| §12 | low poly | found under decor > rugs
♡ Notes ♡:
- i didn't merge any swatches so that you can pick-and-choose the recolors you want. i recommend using the 'CCMerger' program to merge the recolors you want to keep everything together and orderly.
- i used pforestsims' shine removal kit to remove any shininess from the object(s)
- everything has been compressed using 'The Compressorizer!'
4t2 Base Game Paintings - Default Replacement for The Sims 2
First time making a mod/default replacement, kinda nervous ;0; I've seen a lot of them for these paintings, but none kinda fit what I wanted, so I made my own using the Sims 4 base game paintings!
Most are picked from my personal faves back then, some are chosen to fit the similar artistic level the original had.
Credits: Thank you to saramkirk for the tutorial, and big thanks to @noksims for the files of the Sims 4 paintings!

Don't hesitate to comment or DM me if there's any problems with the mod! It should work after extracting and putting it into the Downloads folder.
Plain, but Plain: 4t2 Wallpaper Conversion Recolors
With all my colorful recolors of Plain, but Pretty from TS4, I needed something a bit more neutral to complete my set (for now!). So, here are 6 simple shades!
Colorways from darkest to lightest, as seen in the gif*, are: lachrymose, pessimistic partition, bleak brutalist, dejected drab slab, woebegone off white, and wretched white.
Download: sfs | mts (tbd)
Just one .package file for this set since there are only six walls! Download and toss this in your downloads folder. All colors can be found in the "paint" category.
Let me know if there are any issues, enjoy~!
