Here's the second wine a 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon from Louis M. Martin

TASTE:

Since it's a 4 years old wine, its first entry is quite bland with a quick kick of warmth from its alcohol. It's flavor starts to unravel on a second glass. Where your palate have settled already.

It gives a sweet berry finish, normal for a wine of course, but what's unique is that the sweet berry finish will start tasting like caramel on it's after taste.

Perfect for dark chocolate pairing.

So there you go Louie M. Martin 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon will give you a caramelized evening.

Next stop would be beers, tips and brands, as far as my what I have tasted.

Tips would include how to taste the flavor on your beer, based on my personal preference.
