My boyfriend is getting a lot of shit at work over the marks I leave on his neck, not so much with coworkers but the POS people he services.

They are absolute fucking trash. Random ass men trying to insert themselves in our relationship in a distinctly 'controlling misogynistic-lite' way is not uncommon.

Half the time, my bf's southern accent is barely detectable--comes out a tiny bit with certain words. The other half it's a little stronger. A small but noticeable accent throughout his speech.

His voice also sounds like a warm, thick quilt. Feels safe and comforting. It feels like him : )

PMDD is horrible on all my relationships with people; it makes me despise my loved ones and diminishes my level of concern for them.

I hate what PMDD does and the change when it lifts is so stark, it's like... when a shadow pokemon is turned into its natural self. Or something lol.

This cycle was so hard on me with my relationship with my boyfriend. I'll be Honest here because it's not me. And it's over for now.

I suddenly just stopped liking my boyfriend, generally speaking. There were moments he'd do something that'd make me fond of him again but rarely up to the level that's normal to me. I was terrified, thinking to myself "Oh fuck is this the PMS or did I actually fall out of love?"

I wasn't very interested in him anymore, felt emotionally flat in his presence, doing small things for him felt like a chore, he kept making me very angry, and I kept fuming to myself about manageable issues with him. When we separated, I didn't miss him. When we were together, I made no effort toward physical affection and I hated receiving it.

Well, this cycle of PMDD provided one nice thing for me:

the feeling of falling in love with my beloved all over again.

I suddenly missed him so badly. I opened the door and was overcome with so much affection, it felt like I'd never known love before. I became just as affectionate and loving and attached as I was before but as if I hadn't seen him for months. Well, in a sense, I hadn't seen him for about 12 days anyway (my cycle got fucked up and really long this time). And that's practically months when you adore someone.

Then an hour later, I noticed my period started.
