5 things she usually sees: The photo of her daughter and husband (she calls her husband often and talks to daughter too, but doesn’t wan to video call just in case her face reveals what she truly feels,) her rifles that she disassembles (this clears her thoughts,) people’s reverence towards her in their eyes (she didn’t mean to be imposing, but that was the general first impression that she gave off from the moment she joined Rainbow,) her clean, organised and almost monochromatic office, and the fitness tracker (ever since she stopped withstanding against any grave injuries, Zofia has been keeping a close eye on her health.)

4 things she usually feels: Heat from her clothes that she steam irons (she really puts edge to those uniforms,) her upright posture (it’s starting to feel more on her back,) the anger at Ela for making reckless, incomprehensible decisions (yet again,) and the restraint that strengthens her resolve (helps her to forget the regret.)

3 things she usually hears: “Of course, Zofia/Bosak,” the puffs from her concussion and breach, and “I miss you, mommy.” 

2 things she usually smells: The faint scent of soap and shampoo when she stands in shower for too long, and gun oil.

1 thing she usually tastes: She recently started to smoke again.

5 things she usually sees: The overview of facilities (sometimes she finds a highest vantage point to see everything under her feet,) countless reports and briefings, a corner of a room (when she spaces out,) her FBI hat (reminds her of where she began from,) and the daily check list of who are still out there on mission and who is back at base, safe and sound.

4 things she usually feels: Her braid hitting her across the face when she moves too fast, sense of heat whenever she overworks herself (or gets too stressed,) the agitation with how Rainbow is breaking, and the need to succeed as a leader. 

3 things she usually hears: “Ash/Ms Cohen (the conversation continues with anything that’s work related,)” her FBI SWAT team’s chatter (which has become somewhat stale after Pulse left,) and explosions caused by herself or other breachers.

2 things she usually smells: Stagnant air in her office and cold air mixed with her sweat and/or the wind. 

1 thing she usually tastes: Water (with all the stresses that she gets, her mouth often ends up feeling dry. This girl needs to hydrate.)

5 things he usually sees: The irons that he pumps on a daily basis, the faces of his teammates (to make sure that they are doing fine,) book that he’s currently reading (he prefers historical fiction, but also trying out one of those ‘language for beginners’ book,) the virtual training he’s trying out (which used to give him slight motion sickness,) and the sunset he stares after a long, hard day’s worth of work.

4 things he usually feels: The weight of his armour and shield, the sweat trapped under his balaclava, the feeling that’s akin to a challenging hike (when he’s trying to ‘catch up’ with all the other operators who are polyglot,) and the feeling of certain vigilance/annoyance whenever an attacking operator sprints in front of him (which is usually against the plan they arranged.)  

3 things he usually hears: Other people talking to him because he is more of a listener than a talker, his own breathing after running through a field while carrying heavy object(s), and the unified chants of recruits who are under his training (”one! two! three! rest! one! two! three!)

2 things he usually smells: Slightly damp fabric (his sweat-soaked tactical gears that smells, no matter how often he washes them,) and the cigarette that he often smokes out of frustration.

1 thing he usually tastes: Dark roast of Jamaica blue mountain.

5 things he usually sees: The horizon where skies and sea meet (judging the weather and thinks whether it’s a good weather to sail or not, despite him being at Greece without his ship) the roster of teams for that week’s training, the swirling milk in his black tea, faces that either looks away or stares back at him, and occasional reports from his men back at SAS.

4 things he usually feels: The tip of his 6 inch knife, the burn of cigarette that fills his lungs, the feeling of being the military’s lap dog (half-desensitised, half-proud,) and the feeling of the need to bolster the relationships between him and his team (especially after Smoke leaving the Rainbow.) 

3 things he usually hears: Gunshot sound to distinguish who are his allies and who are his enemies, either Mr Baker, Baker or sir, and the crushing seaside waves.

2 things he usually smells: Wind-swept sweat from his skin, and rubber/plastic from his mask.

5 things he usually sees: A moment where he takes one look of anything that comes within his sight (compositions of colour, shape and the general mood of what story the 'view' can tell,) a thousand yard stare when he wants to collect his thoughts or get lost in them (people think he is looking at something particular but he really isn’t. Or is he?), the thermal sight that renders one of his vision with a slight hue of warmer tone (the eye that’s exposed to the blue hue of thermal sight will have warmer hue when it’s away from the thermal sight. The other eye that was closed will have cooler hue of vision because it wasn’t exposed to any light,) his self-portraits that he draws every half a year (to see if his life experience and mental state is portrayed through a paint of his own face,) and the highest vantage point of wherever he goes.

4 things he usually feels: The stickiness of camo face paint that's mixed with his sweat, the itchiness from his right eye (he feels like rubbing it but tries his hardest not to,) the urge to suggest mission plans that are riskier, but quicker (only an urge, as he has gained wisdom to observe before saying words that he cannot take back,) and composure that he feels with his close comrades who are also his friends (the Spetsnaz men and other ‘introverted’ operators.)

3 things he usually hears: Laughter of people that he chooses to share dark humours with, the friction of having a well-sharpened pencil leaving trails on white canvas, and music of his choice (perhaps Obsession by OK Go.)

2 things he usually smells: The smoke screen and whiff of alcohol (he drinks just enough to faintly smell it in his breath.)

1 thing he usually tastes: Haw flakes (a candy that he grew to love as he lived in far east. It has a mildly sweet yet tangy taste that some people liken to guava or apricot, and looks like this:)

5 things she usually sees: A shot that she lands (she doesn’t show it, but there is always an air of gloating pride,) the outfit for different business occasions (there are sets that she wears, but it never hurts to see what’s the newest trend as well,) next possible customers *cough governments from different countries* (and the any relating profits and losses on Nighthaven’s part,) new connections (especially from Rainbow,) and red wine glass illuminated under her night stand before she goes to sleep.  

4 things she usually feels: The recoil from her gun, the burns that she feels while working out (she always tries to push her limit at least once a week,) the desire to be someone who is untouchable, and the humour that she finds whenever someone preaches that they’re on the right side. (Truth be speaking, justice is ultimately subjective and personalised.)

3 things she usually hears: Osa’s chatter, her employees reporting for progresses and missions, and people’s assumptions about her (usually negative ones, but she is used to them.)  

2 things she usually smells: Arrow wood based body lotion and synthetic leather.

1 thing she usually tastes: Muesli bars (she doesn’t want to waste time when she’s really busy.)

5 things he usually sees: Grocery list for the week (he usually goes out for a shopping on Saturday morning,) slightly shaded greyish vision from his red-tinted sunglasses, Nighthaven operators’ whereabouts (usually from his peripheral vision or his cameras,) wires and circuits he need to maintain from his gadget, and other food truck vendors that he sees while walking on streets.

4 things he usually feels: The smooth gold around his left hand’s ring finger (with his fingertip that slides and sticks on the metallic surface due oil and sweat,) general chill he feels with Greek winter that’s colder than the one in Argentina, the regret that taps on his nightmares after unfortunate tragedy (his mother and the crime lords who killed her,) and the solace he found from R6S (the ones who promised him safety.)

3 things he usually hears: Radio for world news (especially tuned into crime and police reports,) “This tastes amazing!” (the compliment he gets whenever he invites someone over for a meal,) and his husband’s voice every night before he goes to sleep. 

2 things he usually smells: Aftershave that has a subtle scent of sage undertone, and burnt plastic when he works at the Research and Development laboratory.

1 thing he usually tastes: Squeezed out lime or lemon that he used for his cooking.

5 things he usually sees: His father from video calls, the positions of his teammates (and where the enemies might be,) the orange light of streetlamps when he strolls out during night time, people’s expressions when he dolls out his jokes, the prickle that sometimes gets stuck on his skin, and the busy table when he invites people over for lunches and dinners.

4 things he usually feels: The pointy tip of toothpick rubbing against his tongue, the breeze that slithers around his legs (thanks to the cargo pants,) feels the need to keep people calm, and feels pretty content with whatever’s going on in his life (because if he isn’t who’s going to solve it for him? No one. Always has been this way.)

3 things he usually hears: Teresa Teng’s classic hits, “Tze Long/Lesion/Liu, that’s so corny,” and the sound of his Gu mine being ready (pshhh)

2 things he usually smells: Oolong tea and oyster sauce on hot pan.

1 thing he usually tastes: Dried cuttlefish (something that he can chew on, curbs his tendency to smoke or bite into the toothpick.)

5 things he usually sees: The world in a dark shade from his sunglasses, facial muscles on people’s face when he speaks to them (he takes extra note on their eyebrows,) YouTube videos on conspiracies (mostly to humour himself,) the recoils that he aims to control (he wants to try the run and shoot rather than stationary shooting,) and the personality tests that float around on the internet.

4 things he usually feels: His own rapid heartbeat after he sprints at his top speed, sunglasses slipping at the impact of him moving vigorously, the feeling of exerting his boundless energy for hobbies (driving has been his main thing nowadays,) and the feeling of his mind being coated in thin ice whenever he gets into work mode (reminds me that he is his mother’s son, after all.)

3 things he usually hears: Upbeat EDM, the buzzing hair trimmer in the morning, and whatever Thermite is willing to banter with him at any given moment.

2 things he usually smells: Deodorant (Dove) and plastic surface from his Heartbeat Sensor (mixed with his face oil and sweat.)

5 things she usually sees: The collection of photographs she has taken over the years (organised by continent, country and city/province names,) Hero’s (her pet rat’s) round and googly gem of eyes, the ceiling of NightHeaven’s mechanical bay when she waits for a check-up, emails from the connections she made as a private detective, and news articles she reads on internet (police, war and international military issues.)

4 things she usually feels: The imbalance of weight distribution between left and right side when she takes the prosthetic off, the phantom itch which is worse than phantom pain, the ambition to eradicate unexploded mines around the world, and the love of her family who gives her strength.

3 things she usually hears: “Apha! Come out for a beer with me and Yumi,” (from Thermite,) video that she plays in the background whenever she works or relaxes at home ('Girl from Nowhere - เด็กใหม่’ has been her recent interest,) and the usual bickers from Osa and Ace.

2 things she usually smells: Slight motor oil that follows her track whenever she moves rigorously (gym or missions,) and mixture of massage cream and moisturiser (floral) she put on after shower. 

1 thing she usually tastes: Lemon grass sauce for her protein based meals. (She usually loves coconut milk curry, but it’s hard to gain them muscles with something so rich.)
