Here’s a lovely shot of Jack Endino & myself, taken by an alert Victoria Music Scene photographer during MKB ULTRA’s performance at the historic Novoselic-curated Central Saloon Stage, part of the very weird Upstream Festival that has squatted, like Baby Huey, upon Seattle’s Pioneer Square.

Trance-invoking sonic amazingness from BEYOND CAPTAIN ORCA!

This entirely improvised set of astral-travel rock miracle took place at Seattle's High Dive, warming up the vibes for Nigerien guitarist Mdou Moctar & his magick band.

Thanks to the good will of forces beyond anyone's control, we got a multitrack of the evening... which Mr. Endino spirited away & turned into a proper-sounding album... & now, straight to your sonic receptors, what some might call your 'ears'!

PS - Jack is on FIRE on this recording... Skin Yard fans rejoice... This is indeed the Jack Endino guitar workout you've been waiting for.
