February 5, 2016 - Day 231

I had pecans so I made some cookies for a movie & tea afternoon tomorrow.

I had a nightmare today and I was so chill about it o0

Something else woke me up, and I would have gone right back to sleep if SO didn’t start talking with me. That’s the second time in two week that I dreamt about stuff that’s upsetting me but I wasn’t upset by the dream. I wonder how many nightmares I have and just don’t remember?? I didn’t even have an elevated heartbeat, no extra adrenaline.

I woke up stressed, but not more that the day before. I’ve tried winding down today and it worked a bit(?) I’m still no where near good, but I’ve goofed off today, I spend a good portion of my day chatting with kadan, which always makes my day <3 SO came home with some good news too, yay!

I’ve crafted a bit on a jewellery project of mine. I’m layering a lot of glue so it takes ages to dry. And I fixed one of my binders - it was too lose and started bursting around the seams. I cut it off, so now I have a bandeau binder and a proper one but shorter. Yay! I’m going to wash it, wear it a bit and if all goes well, I’ll do the same with the other binder.

I didn’t do the stuff I wanted, but I did some stuff so I’m happy with today.
