The newly poured top floor of 53W53, formerly the MoMA Tower. The apexes will be constructed this summer to officially top out the 1,050 ft (320m) residential skyscraper. The very tall condo tower is 53W53 ( 53 West 53rd Street ) in midtown Manhattan. This building is built literally right on top of MOMA ( Museum of Modern Arts ) it also acquired air rights from St. Thomas Church and University Club of New York. In essence the building is larger than it’s footprint. It is the seventh highest building in NYC.
