My sweet friend, Shelly, was recently diagnosed with a rare type of lymphoma. She has 5 wonderful kids ranging from ages 6-12. Her husband is deployed right now and she is no longer able to work due to her chemo treatments. She was only able to work in her job as a pediatric nurse for two months after graduating before being diagnosed. She thought she had a bad spider bite and was treated for over a month with antibiotics first. What started as a small bump grew into what is now internally the size of a cucumber at least wrapping around her leg along with signs of more in her hip. After one treatment of chemo she’s already losing hair and is exhausted. Between medical, taking care of normal costs of living for 5 kids and herself and not having her income from working as a nurse, any financial help would be a blessing! She is just starting chemo and will be needing more help as it goes on. Her son (who found out she had cancer on his 16th birthday) set up a go fund me so if you’re able to donate please do!
