I literally just need to vent about my job 🙃 it is a summer camp. The camp hired a new director a few months ago. She's never worked with young kids. She DOES have experience in corporate finance and nonprofit work. She uses corporate bullying techniques on the 5 year olds when they annoy her. They annoy her a lot because she doesn't understand child developmental stages. She also seems to not be able to tell when they are lying or exaggerating the truth and its honestly comical how easily manipulated she is by them. She seems to expect me and only me to clean up after everybody. I almost pity her because after all the competent people leave she's going to have to learn by herself. and I don't think she is open to learning because she is insecure. Ok vent overrrrrr
