for anyone who is curious 60sverse is the universe set in dc in 1965 i have created about a lesbian state dept employee and a married woman falling for each other. there are 4 characters so far: maxine reed (typist at the state department, lesbian, kennedy supporter when he was alive and now wants rfk to run), vicki lovelace (married, closeted lesbian, former nixonette and voted for barry goldwater), arthur lovelace (vicki’s husband, senator from north carolina, dubiously heterosexual), and bobby levine (maxine’s lavender boyfriend, legislative assistant, new yorker). i don’t really have a Plot plot yet but i like to think about them
