#6772 Rorschach Malevolent Benevolence (Cognac Barrel Aged) (2020) (Canada) Big stout time. This is part of Rorschach’s big stout series, aged in Cognac barrels, and mate, she’s hectic. It comes in at 11.9%, it pours jet black with an espresso head and a boozy nose, the body is thick and sticky, the Cognac jumps out up front, there’s bitter dark chocolate alongside sweet, oaky booze, subtle vanilla notes, some red fruits, wrapping in a dusty, decadent finish.
