Where and how do we start? Is there a license we would have to recieve to do this kind of work? After that, how can we find the help we need to get jobs like these done? Obviously us 3 wouldn't be able to do it ourselves considering that we haven't done much work like this before, so where would can we find experienced workers to help us out? Where and how do we get materials for a job we may be doing? How do we make a name for ourselves, as in how do we collect business? We're can we find customers? I guess these are all questions for someone who has been successful in this line of work. So please, if you have experience in this, help us out and give us a few pointers. He has several kids soon to be college aged. One has a potentially serious medical condition. He recently inherited a little money. He is planning on using as a down payment on a really expensive boat. In describing the boat, its pretty obvious that he has no idea how much its going to cost and is seriously underestimating ongoing maintenance, marina fees, gas insurance, etc. I find it very likely that he will be bankrupt in a few years. His kids will likely have to go deeply into debt to afford college. Do I intervene or not? Its very likely he would respond with a "mind your own business" and do it anyway.
