My 20 hectares land \^-^/
If I were given a 20 hectares land by my wealthy uncle with the following features:
1.Highly arable( Good for agriculture)
2. It is rich in mineral deposits
3. It is found in a prime area ( Good for Commercial use)
4. It has a fresh, clean running river through it.
The question is: “What will I do with the land?”
~The first thing that i’m going to do is to divide the land by 3 parts, 1st part would be the fresh and clean river that would be used for agriculture, 2nd part is the half of the 20 hectares land which is im going to use for agriculture by planting crops, & lastly the remaining half of the land is for mining the minerals of the land. With these 3 point plan I can gain a lot of money and can use the land that my wealthy uncle gave to me. I excluded commercial use because this is really not that of a use for me.
