Jillian's 6 Week 6 Pack!!!
These are the links to Jillian Michaels's 6 Week 6 Pack Workout. This is workout is divided in two levels which you should do each one for three weeks. Don't forget to have at least 1 rest day every week! You will need a yoga mat and one dumbell if you're not a beginner! And remember, if you don't have a dumbell yet you may use a water bottle instead! Any concern you may ask us, maybe we can help! Now go do it! Good luck and don't give up! :)
