3 days into 6 Week 6 Pack and I get ill again. First an inflamed appendix and now a cold. Urgh :(
I have started Jillian Michaels 6 week 6 pack! I will post results at the end, can't wait!
I'll be done with the shred tomorrow it turned into the 32 day shred instead of the 30 day but Im really happy with the results I ate bad on it so the results coulda been better but overall im really happy with the results I dident lose a lot of pounds only about 8 but I lost major inches and my before and after pics are noticeably diffrent so im glad I done it im on to the the 6week6pack next im excited :)

These are the links to Jillian Michaels's 6 Week 6 Pack Workout. This is workout is divided in two levels which you should do each one for three weeks. Don't forget to have at least 1 rest day every week! You will need a yoga mat and one dumbell if you're not a beginner! Day 1 of Jillian Michaels 6 week 6 pack
I decided to join Lea ( http://fabulousfitness13.tumblr.com ) in doing Jillian Michaels 6 week 6 pack dvd workout. I have had the dvd for ages but never got round to trying it. Lea inspired me to give it a go! I'm not sure what I was expecting, but I thought it would be harder than that! I struggled with the side planks but that was it really. I even tried some of the advanced moves! I guess that does show my fitness has improved a lot in the last few months, which is good but I'm definitely going to have to combine other exersise to get my "6 week 6 pack" before my holiday! There is a distinct layer of fat covering any kind of stomach muscle! Haha.
Day 4
3 times a day workout is amazing. I feel sore, exhausted, but in such high spirits. I know I'll definitely be feeling this tomorrow, but it's so worth it. 30 Day Shred, 6week6pack, work all day (which is all standing/walking for nine hours) and then a 45 minute jog through the hiking trails near my house. The best part of the trails is that it doesn't even feel like a workout... Adrenaline just gets pumping and it's actually fun. Jumping over rocks and over logs, it's like some Into the Wild shit. I love it. I even had a chicken brat & a bite of dessert today and don't feel too guilty. Recovery? Tomorrow is Friday, though, which is the real challenge. As a vow to focus on my health, I've given up drinking (which my friends would know that I drank 4-5 times a week, at any time of day). I'm lucky to have a steady friend to support me who is giving up drinking (who drinks 6 days a week) with me.
