Starting back up and it feels good! I was super tempted to nap with my son but I worked out instead and I’m so glad I did! Full of energy and sweat a lot. And I ate fruity oatmeal, coffee with almond milk, and then lunch was salad with chicken and tomatoes, kalamata olives spinach and green goddess dressing. And also a protein shake with more fruit and spinach 😛 dinner will most likey be turkey meat and sweet potato and veggies hopefully get in a Pilates workout later when my mom comes home
