SOLID! :) loving itttttttt! today was beautiful so i just HAD to get a run in outside, and it was perfect!

chest & triceps + 2 miles running + 20 minutes high intensity elliptical!
i wanted to run more, but i've been having issues with my calves lately so i wasn't sure about it. maybe tomorrow.
today started week 3 of my 6 week shape up! SO EXCITED :) still sticking to every workout & LOVING IT!

still going strong with my workouts, and my eating has been improving! hooray :) today was shoulders (aka my favorite body part - my shoulders look bomb!) & i also ran to the gym and back for my cardio :)
i'm hoping i get out of work early enough tomorrow (we close at 2 but sometimes it takes a while for people to leave/to clean up) so i have time to get to the gym & get my full workout in. my gym is weird and closes at 5 on saturdays, and isn't open sundays :/ so hopefully i can make that work! i might just pack my gym stuff so i'm ready to go right there after my shift. yay planning!

did the chest & tricep workout again today! so good. i also ran 5 miles! loooooove running.
i've been slacking with my diet though. i really need to step that part up. my mind is still in "it's summer, i can do what i want" mode haha. but not anymore! i need to do better, this is my time to make a difference! :)
@karenakatrina did my stair master this morning and just finished this intense 1000 rep workout with @schulzen ! Took so much longer than I thought it would ha but we kicked ass. I'm going hard for my #6wkshapeup challenge!! #tiuteam #bikiniseries #vsx
today is beautiful!
perfect 65 degrees here in maine, so i just had to take another run to the gym :) so that was my cardio for the day! it was also back & biceps day for 6WKSHAPEUP! i had to modify a couple things since my gym is tiiiiiiny and doesn't have all the equipment i needed, but i definitely got a great workout in. my diet has been ON POINT today as well! SUPER PUMPED!

lower body + abs :) i also ran to the gym & back again (5 miles). it wasn't part of the workout but my mom went back home today and my brother took my car...so i had no other way to get there haha. i feel great though!
