I wish to be a magical girl. And fortunately there's a ficticious wish-granter related to magical girls whom usually finds some sort of way to monkey's paw those making their wishes. So the immediate logical conclusion of my own magical girl wish is that the effects and mechanics of the Madoka Magica series start existing in our own world, and suddenly various witches and familiars pose global threats that nobody's really equipped to stop. And I personally live in fear knowing that my body is a husk being puppeted by a soul that now exists within a physical object I need to keep on my person at all times. Do I even have the courage to fight? Being a magical girl is all about the cool gender implications and like being able to jump really high and pose on top of street lamps and take awesome photos of all that, that's my ideal form for myself as a magical girl. But we Madoka now, I will literally die if I don't beat witches and gather Grief Seeds. So that's how I've fucked myself over, I now need to participate in the Madoka magical girl system. ggs.
