After hearing the          beats of musical                         steps —  1,   2,   3,   4 made by hooves confident                  & sweet,     behind me — I knew           that love and a                     connection  had been established. It’s a wonder a routine is        known,              since  so much                        time has   been spent.   You mean the world to me — thank you for     making my life so clear & rhythmic  with the symphony of hooves &       gentle tones of your                   nickers &  neighs.

7/5/15 Bike Ride

Route:  Badger State Trail, there and back again Bike:  Freedom Total Distance:  16.9 miles Total Time:  61 min Average Speed:  16.5 mph

Slow and steady pace again today, still rehabbing that gluteal muscle. It’s already feeling better; I think I’ll give it a rest day tomorrow.

Went to breakfast with concert-bruises who is always one of my favorite people to ever exist

she gave me the album Grand Romantic and a Manatea tea steeper which is so damn cute

My mom drives Uber so I went with her to bring someone into Sausalito which is gorgeous especially in the hills

Flirted with this guy on vacation here from Sweden 

Walked around the adorable town of Tiburon and got coffee at a super cute little cafe
