#7251 Third Moon Kills (Barrel Aged) (Canada) The third Pils in the Kills series (OG and the dry hopped were the first two) sees TM’s Czech-style Pilsner aged in Chardonnay barrels, and it’s fascinating. Coming in at 5.2%, it pours slightly opaque with a foamy head and a malty, winey nose, the body is crisp and clean with a Chard funk that hits immediately, it’s got huge farmhouse vibes alongside crisp green apple and cereal notes, it’s clean and smooth, wrapping a dusty, funky finish.
