#7274 Third Moon x Barncat Artisan Ales Maikatze (Canada) Saturday night and I’m kicking off with a crispy from TM’s recent second anniversary drop. This is a 6.8% Maibock brewed in collaboration with Barncat, it was lagered for 10 weeks, partly in oak, and it’s glorious. It pours an opaque burnt orange with a foamy head and a bready nose, the body is big and malty with crisp, grassy bitterness and molasses up front, there’s hella caramel vibes, some subtle herbal notes from the Hallertau Mittelfrüher, it’s big but not boozy, going down a treat, wrapping in a dry, clean finish. Yaz(a)madığım zamanlarda bir şey fark ettim. Mutluluklarımızı paylaşmaya değerli görmüyoruz. Ne kadar acımız , üzüntümüz , sitemimiz , sinirimiz vs varsa paylaşıyoruz çünkü tek başımıza yüklenmek istemiyoruz. Peki ya mutluluk ?? Neden tek başımıza keyfini çıkarıyoruz ki ? Neden onuda acılarımızı paylaştığımız insanlarla paylaşmıyoruz ???

Bir yazıda okumuştum ‘... Küçükken bisküvimiz olduğunda sınıf arkadaşlarımızla paylaşırız , yaşımız ilerledikçe ise onu gizli gizli yemeye kadar getiririz olayı. Çünkü insanoğlu sevdiklerini paylaşmayı ilk önce öğrenir bunu bir daha yapmamasını ise sonra....’ Acaba biz de bu yüzden mi acılarımızı paylaşıyoruz . Onları sevdiğimiz için mi ???
