#7397 Counterpart Rise & Shine (Breakfast Club Edition) (Canada) Counterpart’s contribution to Third Moon’s Breakfast Club concept is a blended dark ale with coffee from Manic Pixie Dream, maple syrup, cinnamon and vanilla. Coming in at 7.5%, it’s a blend of 50% brown ale, 30% imperial stout and 20% double stout, then conditioned on whiskey barrel-aged coffee. Wow. It pours jet black with a beige head and sweet cold brew nose, the body is thick with vanilla and cinnamon riding alongside bitter espresso, there’s oaky booze vibes from the BA coffee, there’s dark chocolate notes, wrapping in a syrupy, sticky finish. #7397 Fine Balance x Dominion City Erudite (Canada) Love seeing Fine Balance link with Dominion. They’ve come up with this gem of a haze bomb, 6%, dry hopped with Mosaic, Cascade and Cascade Cryo. It pours hella hazy with a foamy head and a dank, citrusy nose, the body is that classic FB creamy vibe, it’s dank and herbal, a touch bitter, sticky and sweet with a dry, floral finish. Fire.
