Another haze bomb from Le Ketch, this 6.5% IPA rocks honey, Nectaron and Motueka, it pours with a milky haze, a foamy head and a tropical nose, I’m getting citrus, mango and stone fruit, there’s lime and a touch of hop burn, it’s sticky and smooth with a dry, tropical finish. Coming in at 5.4%, it pours a dark brine with a foamy head and a foamy head, it’s light and crisp, roasty and smooth, bready and malty, wrapping in a dry finish. Bomb.
