#7487 Sir John Main Street (Canada) Big ups @nathandoesbeer for this one! This is a 5.4% Pale Ale brewed to honour traditional brewing, specifically a Vermont-style Pale with Cascade, Chinook, Columbus, Simcoe and Centennial hops, and it’s a gem. It pours opaque with fluffy head and a piney, tropical nose, the body is creamy and smooth with bitter, citrusy grapefruit vibes, I’m getting light dank pine, it’s light and crushable, some chill piney bitterness, wrapping in a dry, citrusy finish.
