a reality shifting spinoff of the 75 days challenge by @novashifts, use #75shift on social media to track your progress online and find others who partake in the challenge <3
goals of the challenge:
holding yourself accountable in terms of consistency in your shifting journey
building a habit of incorporating shifting into your daily life again
help build the self reflection tools you need to progress in your shifting journey
gain a healthy relationship with shifting in the process
good to know:
keep a journal to track your progress irl to be more consistent
you can adapt it a bit to your liking and needs if necessary
the challenge:
—daily
meditate for 15 minutes or more daily
write down one positive thing you’ve been doing in your shifting journey and one thing you want to improve on
reflect about how you can improve on what you’re struggling with in your journey and integrate that reflection in your journey
—weekly
plan atleast 1 shifting attempt a week (add more attempts/week gradually over the 75 days)
one reoccurring moment every week where you script or write about your drs
reflect where you’re standing in your journey weekly— do i need to do mental work? or physical work (the act of shifting)?
i’ll be starting my challenge next week, however i do recommend starting 29 December/january 1st to partake in the challenge for your New Year’s resolutions 🤍
