i understand Neville Goddard sooo much when he says: YOU ARE GOD
there’s so much we don’t understand about consciousness and expanded conciousness, when Neville mentions “you are god” he means you are one with “it all”
depending on your faith or beliefs, there’s no denying “it all” if you call it God or others call it the universe — it’s all the same. What created our reality also created us, humans and our consciousness.
you are literally made of stardust and are still doubting if you’re one with the sky we look up to every night
how to research reality shifting — a guide for beginners
considering the fact that it feels terribly lonely to be a shifter who's actually interested in the field of expanded consciousness I wanted to help others by making a quick guide on how to research reality shifting & share some of my resources
shifting isn't something "new" and the idea it is — is infact spread because of ignorance or lack of education. with this post I wanted to highlight that research can be done on reality shifting & give shifters interested in wanting to learn about it a head start.
however this post is just that, a head start to start researching, the narrative of telling others to do their own research should be more prominent in the community considering that anti-intellectualism is rampant unfortunately.
note: this is just a short guide & doesn't paint the complete picture
part 1 — early pioneers in the field
Neville Goddard (1905-1972)
already widely known nowadays in the manifesting community
read his work for free
— Created the concept of : The Law of Assumption
by assuming the feeling of your wish already fulfilled, it will naturally manifest into reality.
start by reading his books: the power of awareness & the feeling is the secret
has lectures you can find online & r/nevillegoddard
Robert Monroe (1915-1995)
pioneer who revolutionised & popularised the "OBE" or Out-Of-Body Experience — yes he coined that term that's still popular nowadays
his journeys trilogy is a must read for every shifter
also worth looking into the gateway experience (the so called shifting cia files) and the Monroe institute as a whole
part 2 — modern research
Thomas campbell (1944-present)
Tom Campbell's My Big Theory of Everything is a scientific model explaining how consciousness creates the physical world as a virtual reality simulation.
A physicist who worked with Robert Monroe and NASA.
when shifters say "it's still being researched" it's usually this guy they refer to!!
has a YouTube channel where he uploads his work
Part 3 — the research written by you
now it's your turn, research is a vital lifeline If you're doubting your abilities — look at what came before you & realise it is possible.
keep a journal online or physical of your findings
encourage other shifters to keep researching !!
that's it for now, I'll make a master list on my profile since I finally figured out how Tumblr works lmao
a reality shifting spinoff of the 75 days challenge by @novashifts, use #75shift on social media to track your progress online and find others who partake in the challenge <3
goals of the challenge:
holding yourself accountable in terms of consistency in your shifting journey
building a habit of incorporating shifting into your daily life again
help build the self reflection tools you need to progress in your shifting journey
gain a healthy relationship with shifting in the process
good to know:
keep a journal to track your progress irl to be more consistent
you can adapt it a bit to your liking and needs if necessary
the challenge:
—daily
meditate for 15 minutes or more daily
write down one positive thing you’ve been doing in your shifting journey and one thing you want to improve on
reflect about how you can improve on what you’re struggling with in your journey and integrate that reflection in your journey
—weekly
plan atleast 1 shifting attempt a week (add more attempts/week gradually over the 75 days)
one reoccurring moment every week where you script or write about your drs
reflect where you’re standing in your journey weekly— do i need to do mental work? or physical work (the act of shifting)?
i’ll be starting my challenge next week, however i do recommend starting 29 December/january 1st to partake in the challenge for your New Year’s resolutions 🤍
unfiltered shifting advice: if you can’t fight the fear, do it scared ⋆.˚˖࿔ ࣪
do it scared, or don’t do it at all
the last year or so, I‘ve really been struggling with anxiety when trying to shift, last week I finally allowed myself to jump in the unknown and let go.
Last week when trying to shift, i finally was able to try and shift without feeling as anxious and finally allowing myself to give in to shift. Despite not making it to my dr this was a huge step for me in the positive direction to stay motivated.
Reality shifting is a completely natural process, it just feels weird because we‘re not used to doing it
Fear and anxiety are only temporary emotions, they won’t last forever. Try and train your mind as soon as you notice it’s happening if you‘re trying to shift. Just acknowledge it , allow yourself to feel it and let it pass.
Are you really gonna get a simple emotion get in the way of you shifting to your dr?
I know I’m not the only one who’s strugged with this, hope you realise your shifting abilities aren’t dependent on something as temporary as an emotion.
christmas in my ski/fame dr, living in an Austrian ski resort ⋆⁺₊❅。
picture from the webcam of my village today, a white christmas. joining @maricorez christmas event, answering with my ski/fame dr, lightly inspired by this post & this post for the banners.
𝒂. decorating the house / tree.
❆ who would you decorate with? would it turn into a competition or a calm moment?
— living In the Alps, the christmas decoration is pretty much up as soon as it's the 1st of advent. My mom & me and my other siblings mainly decorate the house for christmas. Our small Austrian Alpine village is usually decorated as well !
𝒃. christmas market vibes.
❆ who do you get for the gift draw? would you go for something meaningful or something funny?
— since my boyfriend also moved in with our family for most of the year (I spend around the other half of the year living with him in Seattle, WA). We usually buy the other family members gifts but also organise a white elephant with the entire extended family on Christmas Day which we celebrate in Rome or Milan Italy or Gerlos, Austria where my grandparents live. Since I don't see my extended family a lot I tend to give really thoughtful gifts.
𝒄. baking cookies.
❆ who would you bake cookies with? are they actually good in the kitchen, or would it end in chaos?
— I always bake cookies with my sisters, since we're pretty close in age we never really fight tbh. On Christmas Day we always exchange cookies gift boxes with my family. Part of my family lives in Canada, Austria, Germany & Italy. We're a pretty international family so christmas is one of the only days a year we're all together. My younger twin sister's Iza and Elle (19 yo) are always responsible for our cookie boxes. They of course get some help from mom with the recipes but they always end up tasting delicious!
𝒅. winter activities.
❆ would you go ice skating, sledding, or just stay inside who would definitely fall on the ice?
— since my house is quite literally in an Austrian ski resort, I've pretty much been doing winter sports ever since I could walk. I love ice skating & I've even won some European competitions in my dr when I was younger. Since I'm a professional athlete and my discipline being free skiing, sports are pretty much baked into my family dna. I do however love being outside but also cozying up with my boyfriend with some coffee, blankets and a fire.
