Time to kick it into high gear and get our fitness on!! My Plexus peeps are starting a 35 day challenge on Monday!! The goal is to get 75 miles in, in 35 days! Why not JOIN us? I know you can do it, I BELIEVE in you! We know that not all cardio is created equal. All cardio (walking, jogging, running, swimming, biking, etc) counts towards your 75 miles so get moving!! You don't have to run all of your miles but push yourself!! If you bike: divide your miles by 3. So for every 3 miles on your bike, that equals to 1 mile in this challenge. If you swim: multiple your miles by 3. So for every 1 mile you swim, that will equal to 3 miles in this challenge.
