Water, Water Everywhere.
My first goal is to seriously cut back on Monster Energy drinks. I am unbelievably addicted to them, on average I have 2 a day. There not good for you at all and I've known this from the start and never wanted to become addicted to them, but it happened - shit happens.
I’m going to attempt to drink just water for 60 days, aiming at the suggested amount of 2 liters a day. I’ll start with just a 7 day 2 liter water challenge first and then that will progress to 7 days > 15 days > 30 days > 60 days. I can drink other drinks, but not often. 1 Monster a week if I begin to crave it too much, I’ve tried stopping before and had headaches galore, so one treat of monster a week. Alcohol is aloud on the weekend but majority of drinks shall be water, at work, with food, before bed.. IT’S ALL ABOUT WATER! This may not seem like a big deal, drinking a lot water for 60 days – oh wow. For me though, this will be a test for me to see if I can stick at something for so long, I’ve struggled with that in the past, a kind of commitment issue, never sticking to the same hobby, or diet or even boyfriend. I’m hoping if I can stick to this for 60 days I can stick to anything. So here goes..
