Just wanted to say - Red shoes and 7 Dwarfs was goooooood. I've just watched some reviews on this animation - and the main problem was post-prodaction.
Мульт вообще не с таким посылом, какой из постеров на канском можно было вывести. Вообще НЕТ.
The poster is nothing. I don't know what the problem was, but the message of the film can't be further away from this post. Yes, the filmmakers have a dialog with us about the importance of appearance in modern society and how every judgment seems to be based only on external attractiveness. But we have this statement as the central conflict of the narrative. Cuz we have Snow White who is tottaly in synch with her body and sees no problem in her appearance. And we have 7 dwarfs, who are actually bewitched, conventionally handsome, monster fighters, and who are desperate to get their looks back. (Not only looks, but powers, nevertheless they seem to focus only on appearance. At first.)
So. If you have free time - go and watch this animation.
