Third Doctor painted and ready to throw crabs at you
"You said… I remember, you said you could fix this." My Twelfth Doctor finally has a series accurate Companion! Kind of... Since the Warlord Incident it's become quite difficult to find good Doctor Who miniatures in a sensible scale. There used to be a plethora, with new additions to the various ranges appearing quite regularly, but then all that changed. All the good stuff disappeared, and all we're left with are the 35mm official lines. And some of them are good, I won't argue with that. Where scale doesn't matter, the monsters are fantastic. But the main casts are lacking, both in looks and dynamism. So I've had to find another path. This, then, is my Bill Potts.
XCOM squad and Zudjari squad done, at least to “can play standard-size 7TV games with them” levels.
Closeups of individual pieces
Kate and Osgood are done (well, they need proper “we filmed this in a quarry” bases, but the paint’s done)
do I need a 28mm scale UNIT-era TARDIS interior? no
have I already printed a console so I might as well? uh…
yeah
Z’jari Psi-commandos and Shas’vre Harker have reached the priming table.
Was going for this kind of thing with the psykers.
ohoho, a nice free 60s dalek STL, nice
raniya and ann included for scale
